Yes, we have our Outdoor Activities Safety Guidelines in place which makes it safe to participate. Your health as well the health of everybody is very important for us.

Our Yoga Teacher Elena

Qualifications: Multi-style 500h YTT, a 50h YTT Aerial Yoga and 50h TT of Meditation certified by ULU Yoga (Yoga Alliance 197661) and from NYU the qualification for their course Engineering Health: Introduction to Yoga and Physiology.
I started practicing yoga 10 years ago. For me yoga is like a life trip; as Iyengar would say “Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self”.
Sharing this great journey and helping others to feel the benefits of the practice is my great passion.
I teach Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Aerial Yoga, Acro Yoga and Yin Yoga, I adapt the classes depending on the students.
My favorite place to practice? In nature.
