We have tailored the best weekends for you with a great Yoga Teacher. The location where you will sleep is amazing as well as the views. So you can just sit, relax and enjoy your time, while we take care of all the details.

You will sleep on hay, which makes it quite special. In case the temperatures are too cold you can also sleep indoor, we are flexible. It’s rustic, so be prepared for it. But don’t worry, if you want to change to a regular dormitory room we can do that too (depending on availability).
You get a private Jacuzzi for just our group in a unique setting.
The hut itself is in a unique position making the entire weekend magical.

Have you ever dreamt of escaping on top of a Swiss mountain to find yourself or just to practice some yoga?
This is your dream coming true.

Escape from your routines for a weekend and enjoy some quality time on top of Mount Rigi, hidden away from the chaos of the city.

Join our yoga weekend to relax and find yourself.

Wake up to fun, energising, and yet relaxing yoga classes. Take time to meditate on the typical Swiss countryside on top of Mount Rigi, enjoy Swiss food, and a visit the cheese cellar after an energising hike.

By the end of this break, you will be regenerated, have a deeper understanding and appreciation of the mountains, have learned how to strengthen your practice, and make a few friends along the way!

This retreat will be focused on daily yoga practices. Together with your yoga teacher you will explore different yoga styles, and breathing techniques to help ignite your inner strength, find your balance, and focus on where and how you are now. Outside of the practice, you will have time to explore what the magical of Switzerland is all about.

Itinerary

Day 1 :
Arrival

– 15:30 Meeting in Arth Goldau with your yoga teacher
– 16:08 Train to destination
– 17:00 Arrival at the Mountain Hut (30 minutes hike – no trolley)
– Yoga session before dinner (60 minutes)
– Dinner

Dinner
Day 2 :

– Yoga morning session before breakfast (60 minutes)
– Breakfast
– After breakfast you have some time to relax or explore the Rigi Mountain with some hiking
– In the afternoon you will regenerate in our private Jacuzzi just for us
– Yoga session before dinner (60 minutes)
– Dinner

Day 3 :

– Yoga morning session before breakfast (60 minutes)
– Breakfast
– After breakfast you can check-out and visit the local cheese cellar
– Independent departures or more hiking opportunities before heading home

Included

  • 2 Nights Accommodation in a local hut.
  • Private Jacuzzi (for our group only).
  • Visit to a local cheese cellar.
  • Breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Dinners on Friday and Saturday.
  • Yoga Teacher.
  • 4 yoga lessons of 60 minutes each

Not Included

  • Transportation (you need to purchase your own transportation tickets to get to the mountain). GA and HalbTax are accepted.
  • Lunch on Saturday.
  • Items of personal use

Where You’ll Stay

In a mountain hut on hay.
It is rustic but it is a beautiful experience.
Depending on availability you can sleep also in the dormitory.

What You Need To Bring

Comfortable hiking/tennis shoes
Small backpack for personal use
Yoga mat
Refillable water bottle

We recommend to have a backpack instead of a trolley luggage due to the route to the hut (30 minutes walk on a mountain road).

In case there is not enough space in the hay dormitory, you will be moved to a regular dormitory room.

For hygienic reasons, everyone should bring his/her own yoga mat.
