My-Mountains is the leading award-winning outdoor tour operator in Switzerland since 2017. We offer a wide selection of excursions to unique tourist destinations. From day experiences to multi-day trips. We specialize in tailoring your adventure based on your wishes.

We strive to make you happy with our high-quality services and combine it with our friendly multilingual tour guides. 

My-Mountains offers a variety of experiences all year round.
In winter you can book ski experiences such as but not limited to: Ski Holidays, Ski Lessons, Ski Camps, Snowshoeing, Guided tours and so on.
In summer you can book Guided Hiking Tours, Hiking Trips, Panoramic Walks and Culinary Tours, Electric Bike Tours, etc.

We select carefully the people we work with. Every person is selected and certified to the highest standards in relation to the activities they provide.

My-Mountains is a certified My-Switzerland Travel Expert.

Activities can be both private and group experiences. If a Group experience it will be displayed in the description. 

Prices are displayed per person in Swiss Francs including VAT.

Meeting point and time is always shown in the details of the experience.

For experiences that can be booked in multiple destination, your meeting point will be communicated after the booking.

You will receive the contacts of your guide few days before departure. If you have questions you can always chat with us.

After you found your experience, you can directly book online. You’ll be asked to insert your payment information. The booking will be instantly accepted and it becomes binding.

Yes. As soon as your booking is accepted you will receive a confirmation via e-mail with all details summarized in it.


In order to process Credit Card payments, you need to provide your information. My-Mountains does not handle Credit Card information nor shall we use your information outside the sole scope to provide you the services you requested for.

Yes, a cancellation of a booking is always possible.

Cancellations must be communicated via email at [email protected]

Depending on the time of the cancellation a cancellation fee may occur.

Visa (credit and debit-card), MasterCard (credit and debit-card) and wire transfers. For some activities we also accept TWINT.

Yes. Our online payment systems use the highest data security and encryption standards. My-Mountains is not storing any credit card details itself. The payment process is fully processed by an external payment service Provider.
